We are happy to offer worldwide shipping for all orders.

Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days of shipment.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1 to 5 business days. During peak order periods, shipping may take up to 7 business days.

Priority Insured Shipping protects the customer if the product is lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping. Please notify Velotix by email so that we can send you a replacement product as soon as possible.

International Standard Shipping: 7 to 25 business days.

All stated shipping times exclude possible delays in customs clearance. In rare cases, shipping may take up to 40 days. Please note that we are not responsible for additional customs duties or import fees levied by the customer's country.
