Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping on all orders.

Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days after shipment.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1 to 5 business days. During periods of particularly high order volume, shipping may take up to 7 business days.

Priority Insured Shipping protects the customer in case the product is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. Please notify Velotix by email so we can send you a replacement product as quickly as possible.

International Standard Shipping: 7 to 25 business days.

All stated shipping times exclude potential delays in customs clearance. In rare cases, shipping may take up to 40 days. Please note that we are not responsible for any additional customs duties or import fees levied by the customer's country.
